"Elongated shadows / of dead memories". I don't mean to sound too technical, but are memories really ever dead? Memories often fail to connect the current self with the reality they illustrate as we look back, but I don’t think they "qualify as dead":) That being said, I enjoyed the poem. I sensed a certain suspense and perhaps even anxiety throughout it, as though you were trying to reach a compromise with your mind while waiting for it to decide in which direction you go. The things you project in the unseen may be read, even if subjectively, as memories (!) of material reality for a better grasp of it. Moving:)

i don't know if the memories are ever really "dead" or not sometimes i forget a lot of things that i don't want to and the only thing i do know is that i had some memories but i fail to remember them anymore
thus "the shadows(or ghosts) of dead memories" - when you know that you have to remember something but you don't know what anymore
as for the last part of your comment, you've pointed out very well ;)
