...depicted in an outstanding way here, Corina. Gaza - isn't it? You show it all
without any kind of propaganda. And the birds on the wire couldn't care less. What an image!
Cheers from Willy

Hi Corina, because of the error I've made when making this comment replacing this as correction.

Congratulations Corina,
Very well written. I take my hat off to you.
As Willy said the birds couldn't care less. Even if there's no peace at Gaza they got the blue sky on top of their heads!
I wish I was as free as those birds and care free!

..both for your kind comments!
yes, that Gaza!..the poem could reflect the situation in Iraq and Afghanistan easily by replacing shalom with salaam!

...and yes, birds will be birds.:)

Regards,
Corina

Hello Mrs. Papouis,

Although the soldiers are sent there in @foreign lands", sooner or later, they return home "wrapped up in flags". Actually, in general, wars involve too much death. (deaths of innocent people, most of the time)
Will the people, from the conflict zones, live in peace?

Cheers! i will read more of your poems, because I like them very much.

Alina
