Hi Ștefania,

What a very pleasant task, reading and flowing along the mellow tunes whispered in your ears. Absolutely classic touch, so fresh and so refreshing nevertheless, just as an untimely proof of things I still hope shall survive these ongoing world wars against all that's left good in us.
Welcome, wishing you a lasting, growing presence.

With respect,

Thank you, Romulus!

I am sorry for the late reply. The truth is that I didn't want to write a rushed reply to a feedback like yours, so now I'm taking my time to express my gratitude.
The poem has a few gaps, but overall it seems ok to me too.

"my reality was a network made up of all the words you said" and the first two lines of the last stanza sound a bit cliche-ish, but I can't think of a different version.

Thanks again and I do wish you the very best in this quest for... "finding what will suffice".

Hi Stefania,

I am one of the last few for whom reality, or metaphor written in a rather classical way, does not necessarily mean cliché...
I actually hate metaphors for metaphors' sake, this illiterate quest for something has lost any contact with poetry...
Do not try to reshape yourself into someone palatable for the idiotic taste of a few who were in the right place, at the right time, just to realise it wasn't the hairdresser/barber shop...
Further, realising down the road, possible weaknesses of your own writings, doesn't mean you have to voice them too loudly (gaps...but overall...ok... etc), take a good advice if given, politely refuse stupidities, but make your changes in a rather quiet fashion... You'll understand why... Read over on some of the Romanian comment pages, and you'll understand what literature shouldn't have become...
I'll be reading you.

Again, welcome!

With respect,

rcm
