For me it's a problem to make sense of the words above. The problem might originate in Romanian linguistic thinking. This must be observed; each and every language has a genuine
and separate way of thinking connected to it.

The quoted verse is intentionally equivocal. I wanted to be ambiguous. The nebulous feeling you have is exactly the message of Angel you know.
Of course the poem have another meaning more profound transmited through irony at a different level of understanding.
