= reality and beyond | Diana Todea [12.Apr.09 12:31] |
I think your poem has achieved its goal, of offering a description of reality, in a frozen way, and more going beyond the image, emphasizing the symbols behind the objects. I like more the abstract imagery and the postmodern form of your poem (I think of a song from the Norwegian band Royksopp-Only this moment). It's good quality. All the best, Diana.

Diana, I am glad you like it. There is not just reality. I like this path - hope to keep it straight, without fluctuations. I'll listen the band - you made curious. Cheers, Marius
= life vs death | Simona Sumanaru [23.Apr.09 11:24] |
It takes one thousandth of a second for life to become "still life"... is that it, Marius? Have I read it right? I saw this as the movie in slow motion of an agony...
= Simona... | Marius Surleac [23.Apr.09 11:55] |
Simona, you have a point with the "thousandth of a second" - but this is one of the elements that create the entire motionless frame. Indeed is a stopped action in the immediately moment after death. Cheers!

there is a lot that must be going on right after death occurs... you managed to show that in great detail. I liked your poem, even though the idea of bullets scares me altogether. I fired a gun once, felt its power in my arm, to me that is one of the most horrible sensations one can ever have.
= true | Marius Surleac [23.Apr.09 14:16] |
In fact is the moment immediately after the fire's opened and the reactions that appear in the near space and time. Cheers! Glad you liked it.
