"Self-organization" (let's not forget the "strong team spirit") is when, in this wonderful journey back and forth, we learn the absolute minute when we can "vulgarly dare/show emotion", and it is forgiven.

"show me the rock that's higher than I" :) we come together, we fall apart and we survive. perhaps there's a reason for that. some think that everything happens for a reason, others believe in the "sacred geometry of chance".
