Though the previous lines do not seem so "glamorous", they play their important part in the poem, they prepare the reader to welcome the surprise of Beauty. Your most welcome Sarb, I enjoyed the whole poem, as you said 'It prepared the reader to indulge the beauty.' Stunning. I love Art, and I could feel the scenery as if viewing an Oil painting, which compliments very well.
