There's an obviously tone of pessimism here and I can't help noticing the lack of hope. "Maybe" suggests uncertainty, that someone or something represents the salvation that may or may not come. I liked the poem though even if i find the title a bit inappropriate.

was my take, where as the internal acceptance is the hope yet the illusion of external love doing it has been a quick fix but never doing it. I agree with Andrada, the tone was dark and appropriate with the poems content. Best, Mike
