Put back the poem, half conceived
Neighbour talks of unemployed daughter, with grief Standing on the balcony with Sue and Mark in disbelief Both accompanied with their dogs They talk of failures with great wisdom Allotments were full of food Creation of their hand Though Tallulah would have heard them If she could stop crying They were standing in front of her window Unemployment will remain... In her heart she may not feel pain And did not know if her lover knew that she was in grief The cat yawns and lets his limbs go slack And I bear Cyprus of me and mine.
