Subiect 1

Pentru a demonstra ca descoperirea mea, Panaceul Corina Oxiopatia –Sistem de Terapii este lucru desavirsit, website: http://www.sarbu.ro, apelez la procedeul clasic: tratarea online a mai multor bolnavi de tumora, tuberculoza, cancer, etc.
Drept consecinta, rog sa se inceapa corelarea in acord asupra emisiunii TV, care va gazdui expunerea pe viu a teoremei inscrise mai sus.
Subliniez ca panaceul l-am descoperit in anul 1960, mai 13.
De asemenea, subliniez ca vindecarea unor afectiuni terminale si/ sau cronice: fibrom uterin, adenom de prostata, pietre la rinichi, cancer, s.a.m.d., fara interventie chirurgicala, este premiera mondiala.
Tot atit de important este si faptul ca, metoda ce propun si sustin cu documentatie de marturii, nu doreste sa elimine medicina alopata/ homeopata, ci se vrea in este a fi complementara.

As vrea sa stiu: de ce sunt marginalizat de peste 40 de ani? De ce metoda de vindecare Sarbu, de ce poezia Sarbu, de ce filosofia Sarbu, de ce pictura Sarbu, pentru mass-media sunt tot atitea subiecte tabu? De ce in anul 1972, dupa ce i-am scris lui Ceausescu Nicolae ca am descoperit Panaceul, s-a dispus arestarea mea? De ce, din anul 1982 si pina anul 1992 nu am putut sa ma angajez nicaieri in Romania? De ce sub geamurile apartamentului meu, de 2 ani se striga “ sa moara Domnul Sarbu “? De ce nu pot intra si iesi din apartament proprietate fara sa fiu jignit, umilit, fara sa mi se adreseze cuvinte obscene, inclusiv in prezenta sotiei, dar mai ales sotiei, cind este singura? De ce sub geamurile apartamentului meu s-a facut W.C. public pentru ciini de casa si pisici de casa, incit nu pot sa-mi aerisesc locuinta? De ce sub nisa unde sunt pozate tevile apa rece, apa calda, reziduuri fiziologice de sub proprietatea mea, Primaria Municipiului Ploiesti a amplasat doua W.C.-uri nefunctionale, incit, pentru a scapa de mirosul excrementelor umane folosesc zilnic 1 ( un ) spray de camera? De ce Politia 3 Ploiesti-Vest nu a trimis in instanta, ci tine in sertar un dosar pentru amenda neindestulatoare pe numele Florescu Adrian, intocmit cu cca. 12 luni in urma? De ce Judecatoria Ploiesti m-a obligat prin hotarire judecatoreasca sa platesc pentru reparatii tevi energie termica, efectuate de asociatia de proprietari fara licitatie, fara deviz de lucrari, fara bonuri fiscale, si in conditiile in care am microcrentrala de apartament? De ce sunt obligat sa ascult manele de la combinele muzicale date la volum maxim 24 de ore din 24 de ore? De ce Primaria Municipiului Ploiesti a avizat favorabil amplasarea unui batator pentru covoare la nici 5 m. de geamul bucatariei mele, invocind o lege de pina in 1989, desi este cunoscut faptul ca m-am imbolnavit de tuberculoza pentru a testa panaceul ce am descoperit, iar suprafata de teren liber de orice constructie din zona depaseste 1 ha? De ce Ministerul de Interne si al Administratiei, respectiv Primaria Municipiului Ploiesti nu raspund in termen de 30 de zile conform legii la petitii? Piesele probatorii, dosar nr. 1571/ 2004, Judecatoria Ploiesti sunt tot atitea dovezi care vin sa certifice ceea ce afirm aici, sustin si cer sa se rezolve in regim de urgenta. Rog fara scurgeri de informatii, iar scrisorile de raspuns ce veti primi din partea Institutiilor Statului, vinovate de starea de fapt, sa poarte intr-un colt si semnatura subsemnatului; altfel, ca si pina in 12.12.2004, fi-vor facatura.
De ce nu mi s-au retrocedat suprafetele: 5 ha. teren extravilan, com. Andrasesti, Jud. Ialomita, precum si 1.000 m.p. teren intravilan, com. Drajna, Jud. Prahova, ce imi revin de drept, ca unic mostenitor?
In rezumat:
a) cine in Romania are interesul ca eu sa nu am linistea necesara actului de
creatie, respectiv actului de cercetare?
b) Cine in Romania este pornit atit de rau impotriva Interesului National?

am oferta sa fiu asistat financiar de catre the National Institutes of Health (NIH) ( mai jos mail-ul in privinta ) dar, pentru ca nu stapinesc terminologia medicinii alopate in privinta, si nici nu stiu limba engleza, sunt pus in situatia de a nu putea completa formularele respective. ar fi pacat de Dumnezeu ca Romania sa piarda o astfel de oportunitate.
in consecinta, solicit din partea Ministerului Sanatatii, Ministerului Culturii si Cultelor, Ministerului Invatamintului si Cercetarii sprijin de specialitate, cit si implicare directa.
