I listen to people during my lunch breaks.
Food can be nourishing but also a canvas For stories about the universe, in and out. We are all fishermen when it comes down to words: I catch you, and you catch my hand As someone usually catches the wind on a breezy summer. Climbing cherry trees in search of the horizon. Shouting out! Many times we decipher the others from Heights we are not even aware of. Pride is a subtle thing. And all of a sudden life plays us, Dolls and sorrow, dolor y alma, Souls in flowers never bloomed. We are Chauffeurs of vanities on the roads of us aging, us fading, us evading humanity. People are quieter nowadays. The noise more introverted, and deep. I am sometimes with you so much more When alone. But when you bloom and open up, whispering psalms, is when I am able to catch a glimpse of you, My love, as you truly are. Just in time.
